In this example sentence, I’ve come across the word 達せない. At first I thought this might be a conjugation of a word I didn’t know, たっせる. Then I thought maybe it was a conjugation of 達する. I found a conjugation list, but the example sentence conjugation doesn’t appear there. I’m wondering if someone could point me in the right direction.
達せない is the conjugation of the word 達す! They have the same meaning, but it is more common for 達する to be used in conversation, and 達す is more common in writing!
