Is the Bunpro app not fully functional?

I’m having two issues. One with trying to sync my Wanikani status (level 11) with my Bunpro account. I’ve linked everything correctly and toggled furigana on and off, but I still have kanji I’ve mastered appear in furigana. It seems like this is a common issue though.

My second issue is with vocabulary. I am opt into the beta. I’ve bookmarked the N5 vocab deck as well as made it my secondary deck, but I can only “learn” from the grammar deck. My dashboard on the app doesn’t show any vocab deck, and my “decks” in the content tab appear empty. (Neither grammar or vocab)

I love the system and want to commit to it, but everything seems a bit clunky and not working correctly.

Hey!
We are working on fixing the wanikani issue.
As for the decks, seems like they did not sync properly, try resetting data in settings:

Open settings from the side menu (tap on top left icon in the dashboard) and then tap on the gear icon the search for “reset data” and tap it. Then tap on reset all data at the top right corner.

It should fix the issue.

Great to hear about Wanikani getting fixed! The resetting data didn’t work for me. I tried it, and it still shows missing (the picture I attached.) if I exit and go back to it, it’s a red x again and says missing. I didn’t a few times.

Is there a timeline on the wanikani furigana sync feature for mobile?

Found the issue of decks not working, we are fixing it!
