Bunpro seems amazing, but I can’t find a way to do this if it does exist, many SRS systems like renshuu and anki allow you do to this, is this possible also here? TBH if this isn’t a feature, I feel like it’s the only think about it that maybe would make me want to use any other SRS, overall the product is great.

No currently there is not, but we get asked for this feature constantly.
We have it in the pipeline to implement this year.
It will likely not exist as a user-customizeable progression system – basically you can choose what Review Type to use at each level.
