Are the online results next Monday?
I hope so, it’s the day I have to register if I want to pass the next session in my home city instead of taking a train, but December results where a bit late. Last year for the July session, they were released on the 25th iirc

Do I logically know that there’s probably a lot of moving parts involved in the curving and scoring of the JLPT, as well as their process for booking venues and the time involved in doing so, and that their decisions regarding score releases and application periods are decided accordingly? Yes.
Is it still mildly rage inducing that we don’t get scores until applications will have been open for three days already? Yes.
**Note: This is for the test in Japan, I have no idea about elsewhere.
Anyway. Yay, scores incoming! Fingers crossed for everyone

Here in my country, registration for JLPT Dec 26 has already been closed! Also, yay, results, 楽しみに待っている。

Plus the time the server will be down when the global population of JLPT takers descend on that website 
I was hoping the results were being released on Monday, don’t think I can take another three days of waiting.
Just one more day. They have updated the information with no mention of the results being released tomorrow:
*The application for the 2nd JLPT in 2026 (December) has started.
The 2026 JLPT is primarily intended for non-native Japanese speakers who are mid-to-long-term residents or special permanent residents under Japan’s residence management system.
In recent years, securing test sites has become extremely difficult due to a sharp increase in the number of applicants.
Therefore, the 2026 JLPT may close applications even during the period due to test site constraints.
You can only apply for one test level. You cannot take multiple test levels.
You will not be able to take the test when you apply for the test using a different person’s photo or a photo that is unable to identify the face, or someone else’s address without permission.
Please apply early.
The deadline for application is September 7 (Mon), 17:00.
Results are out in Japan now!

Oh dear gods, I actually passed the N3? 
Hahahahahaha. I was sure I failed to hit the minimum score on listening.
On a more serious note, my reading and grammar (both 45/60) were not as strong as I thought they were, and my listening (28/60), while objectively bad, was not quite as terrible as I thought.
Although I could simply be misdiagnosing my performance, my suspicion is that the reading and grammar for the N3 in July were slightly easier than usual, and the listening was slightly harder, resulting in the calculated scores being adjusted down (in the case of reading or grammar) and up (in the case of listening). It would be interesting if other people taking the N3 have similar results.

Congratulations on passing!!
My dude, the listening was an absolute slaughterhouse. I’m so nervous about checking my listening score when I wake up tomorrow morning. I’m not confident at all. I have a tiny glimmer of hope that the Japan Foundation agrees that the listening section was way hard and that they’ve accounted for it in their scoring or something.

Heh. I felt the same way. But I wanted to leave room for the fact that my listening might just suck. 
Given that I cleared the minimum threshold of 20 by 8 points when I’m certain on raw score I failed, I suspect the people at the JEES rather agree with you.
