I’ve come to start using bunpro again after not using it for a while.
I tried to start my reviews but I was promoted to subscribe. I subscribed through PayPal and the money has left my account, however the website still won’t let me do anything. It keeps saying I need to subscribe.
I’ve tried logging in and out multiple times but to no avail, has someone else had this?
@bezza010 Thank you for becoming a subscriber! Your subscription will not show up right way. We apologize for this but we have to manually update your account which means there will be a period of time before your subscription is live.
If your PayPal account uses a different e-mail address from the one your Bunpro account uses, please contact us at [email protected] so we can credit the proper account. Thank you!
Hei @Pushindawood , I have the same problem - how long does it usually take before the subscription is active? I’m getting review withdrawals.
