You have one of those moments don’t you as a learner when the progress just slows right down. Well that happened to me and such was the severity I decided to suspend learning until progress had been made. It took one week of suspended learning to get back on track, but here to say you can for sure, push through. Looking forward to the next one.

Well done on not burning out 
You did well pausing the addition of cards, you need to sometimes.
I do it when my review for the next day exceed 100, I have around 80% accuracy so I could keep adding them but then I would not have the time to review them properly.

I find this happens to me more than I’d like but as long as we stay consistent even if we have to pause new cards for a few days, it’s always possible to push through. Good effort
