Kedo, Dakedo, nanode, node, kara, ga... etc fun fun

So I feel like I’m in school again…

Trying to figure out why and when and all to all these…

I’m starting to dislike doing my drills because I can’t see the pattern with these, I’m literally just guessing now just to get through them… and I read everything in the study material and I can logically understand them at the time but if there is one thing I’ve found out about myself and learning this language is, if I can’t feel the pattern, I won’t understand it because my mind doesn’t work by dissecting things in real time, it’s gotta be a feeling or I can’t understand it or say it properly… I worked through all the examples… it doesn’t seem to help really, I want to use one thing for another even after having done them multiple times. So I hope you guys can help got something I can try here because I’m smashing my face off the wall trying to “feel” these sentences.

wth

I even had problems with this in school in Japan too, I couldn’t really get it then either… I can get a lot of N5 no problem, I passed the in school equivalence to keep moving on but it made things tough after that.

から and ので - I was using から a lot when interacting with my Japanese acquaintenances, they said to prefer ので as it’s a bit more polite and written, whereas から is more spoken and casual…

Sometimes it’s about where in a sentence it does, does it need something at the front, at the end…

yeah… I get you… but no one said it was going to be easy right? (unless someone told you learning Japanese was easy… maybe… were they Japanese? :grinning: )

EDIT: I also suck at Japanese so…
