I was thinking that a keigo deck would be useful. Is it possible to one day make one? I understand that the points are already covered in the JLPT decks but it would be nice to be able to focus on Keigo on here.
Totally agree!
Or at least a filter for cramming. (Although the deck would be better and would also allow the selection when cramming)
I was actually just about to make the same post but asking for a casual deck instead. I mentioned it quite a while back but don’t think it was ever directly addressed, although to be fair it wasn’t particularly relevant to the thread that my comment was left in.
I do have a bit of a work around to make one yourself if you haven’t been bookmarking grammar points up to now. If you search for grammar points that fall under keigo and bookmark them, then you can just start a cram session using your bookmarked grammar points.
I think that it would be great if the staff would assign a formality tag to each grammar point as well as the JLPT level to allow us to sort through them in the cram menu. But on top of that I think the ability for users to add custom tags to the grammar points and search by them in the cram menu would take Bunpro to the next level. I’m envisaging something like bookmarking but with multiple lists allowed and titles you can edit.
For example, apparently I only have 3 troubled grammar points but I know that I have dozens more that definitely need some work. It would be nice to tag those that I’m not too confident with and then remove them as I feel they’ve become sufficiently cemented in my brain.
I think vocab as well as just grammar points for the different levels of formality would be good.
Addressing each individual word, especially when there are multiple variants, like for “to say”, where the word depends on whether you are referring to yourself, a superior, being formal/informal, etc.
