I have my “Review Queueing Timing” set up to update daily 03:00. I had to do my reviews offline yesterday, and by the time I registered them server-side today at 01:00-ish I see that Bunpro is not reflecting me studying anything at all (items studied=0).
- Perform reviews at normal time D+0 00:00-23:59
- Connect offline device before D+1 03:00 to register reviews with Bunpro’s servers
- Review scheduling and SRS carry on as normal after D+1 03:00 (?)
I’m just confused a bit since my dashboard is saying ‘(yesterday’s items studied=0)’, but assuming they were to be registered as today’s reviews, I’m not seeing an associated gutting of today’s forecasted items due. (so I suppose the scheduling is preserved(???))
I don’t actually care about the streak too much, but I do care about the review scheduling. Does this behavior (registering reviews in that 3 hour gray zone) interfere with future reviews? I suppose it’s just one day but I’d rather avoid large swings and review dumps, especially just cause I was away from an ethernet cable for awhile. I guess I’m confused because I’d expect the app to either credit the reviews as complete at the date/time of the sync, or assign a timestamp (or whatever) to each review and provide that to the server on sync - but what is playing out seems to be neither.
Soo… how does it work?
