I mailed about my PayPal purchase that I need help with since mail adress dosent match. 24h later and still no reply. How long does it usually take?

Give them a bit of time, they don’t have a big team or anything so it can sometimes take a bit of time with their other commitments. @Pushindawood can you have a look at this please?

@Pushindawood so it seems I have to ask you to do this change every month? I have once again lost my subscription status even tho it’s payed through PayPal automatically.
