「ってわけか」meaning

I’m confused about the meaning of ってわけか here at the end of the rightmost panel

Pretty sure this is just というわけか

I’ve seen 「ってわけか ・ というわけか」 a ton in anime where it’s just used to question the previous statement saying something along the lines “does that mean that…?”

Example:
だから誰かに押し付けようと連れて来たってわけか
So you brought him here to force someone else to take him?
