Thanks for the report.
I believe we’ve found the issue!
It was only factoring in the existence of audio when you first added the items to your Review, not on subsequent Reviews as you slowly progressed.
An oversight, but should be fixed in the coming days

will this be fixed automatically for the other items that have this problems, too? or should i start giving bug reports whenever i see such a case?

is there any way to show the translation right away after clicking “show answer” for the listening type? or the only way is to click the hint button?
