For Tae Kim sources in the reading section, I often find that when I click the link I get sent to the top of the page containing the grammar point, while there are links inside the webpages that let you immediately jump to the start of the relevant section.
I will use たり~たりする

For Tae Kim, the second link simply has #Expressing_multiple_actions_or_states_using added to the end, which is what you get when you press the circled part of the contents menu
In this case, it was easy to find, but sometimes the grammar points are such a small part of the page that it is quite hard to find the point. Maybe in a future update, this could be refined.
