I’m excited to announce that my new vocab deck based on Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade has been approved by Bunpro!
It compiles 8,877 vocab items into 45 units. I built it from the full script of the game, which includes the main game and the Intermission DLC with Yuffie. Words are shown (roughly) in the order the game uses them, with vocab from menus and items at the end.
It doesn’t cover Rebirth or Revelation, but I’d expect a lot of vocab overlap between the three games, so it’s at least a solid basis.
To build it I used a text dump of the game’s script, SudachiPy to split the text into words, JMdict to match each word to the right dictionary entry — and many hours of my time!
Feedback is of course very welcome, in case I let any mistakes slip through.
