Does anyone by any chance happen to have the Nihongo Switch episodes downloaded and saved? It was by far the best 易しい日本語 listening content and I was so sad when she nuked all her content from the internet. Even more so because at one point I did start downloading them and putting the transcripts into a document - but then scolded myself for doing the thing of collecting study materials rather than studying. But now I really wish I had saved them.
