ローマ字 not ローマン字 Bunpro just blew my mind today

Using Latin characters for Japanese words. I’d been calling it ローマン字 for years until I encountered it doing N3 vocabulary. So, I looked it up, and my way is a common misspelling/mispronunciation.

Any other words or saying you were misspelling/mispronouncing for years until you were corrected by Bunpro or somewhere else?

I have only ever seen the word romaji written in romaji, so although I knew there was no n/ン… you still absolutely blew my mind with the spelling! I was so confident that it was ロマ字 :sweat_smile:
