Offline Usage - Data not Downloading


Hey, i cant get the offline feature working. I commute each day 2 hours per train and i would love to use the offline function. Sadly when i try downloading it it is just spinning and the progress indicator goes away without any error messages or something. I also tried to clear cache and data :slight_smile:

Specs:
AndroidOs
Trial Subscription
Wifi

Do i need a paid subscription for it?

Hi there, and thanks for getting in touch! Due to a range of sentences being locked behind the subscription once the trial is over, I would say that this is likely the case. Is your Trial subscription still active, or has it run out?

I would also try compleltely reinstalling the app, as it is possible that that may be the cause.

Tried a fresh install of Bunpro.
Still the same result :frowning:

Could be a Trial Subscription thing ?

Hey!
There is no difference between trial and normal subscription in terms of the features.
Connect to the wifi, and then start downloading the offline data. It might take 2-3 minutes though.

You don’t have to stay at the same screen. (we will improve on the downloading experience with the next version of the app).

Also, when the “review data is not ready error” happens? Every time you try to do reviews, even online?
