There we go! We got to Fukuoka!
Fukuoka Prefecture
Hakata Ramen 博多ラーメン
I believe that this is the most delicious ramen in Japan, and you will have to wait in queues of over an hour to get a bowl of one of the most famous ones. This is a kind of tonkotsu ramen, whereby pig bones are boiled for around 16 hours to make a creamy broth. It is then served with pork, eggs, etc.
Giblet Nabe もつ鍋
I know my translation doesn’t sound particularly appetising, but it is absolutely delicious. Various vegetables along with giblets are boiled in an earthenware pot with a soy sauce-based soup. If there is soup left over at the end, some places add rice to make a rich risotto, and even add cheese to taste!
Chimaki ちまき
This delicious snack consists of various food, such as shrimp, egg, chestnuts, mustard, as well as many other ingredients mixed together and wrapped in a leaf. It is particularly famous in the Hakata area of Fukuoka and can be eaten at many spots there.
Next stop: Saga. We need 3,120 yen for this one, so our next target is 203,900.
200967 + 30 = 200997
200 997 (community total) + 21 (my reviews) = 201,018
201 018 (community total) + 47 (my reviews) = 201,065
201 065 (community total) + 31 (my reviews) = 201 086 (new total)
201 086 (community total) + 6 + 2 + 26 + 19 + 1 + 2 + 11 + 8 + 22 (= 97) (my reviews) = 201 183 (new total)
201 183 (community total) + 26 (my reviews) = 201 209 (new total)
201 209 (community total) + 27 (my reviews) = 201 236
201 236 (community total) + 37 (my reviews) = 201 273
201 273 (community total) + 3 (my reviews) = 201 276
201 276 (community total) + 7 (my reviews) = 201 283
201 283 (community total) + 271 (my reviews) = 201 584
Somehow, this does not really add up for me. I guess you forgot to update one of the digits.
