In the review question, より comes after 警察官 and before 消防士, meaning that the thing after より is more wanted than the thing before, but in the 2nd example sentence, より comes after 月曜日 and before 日曜日, yet Sunday is what’s better here, so shouldn’t Sunday and Monday be reversed in this example?

Hey
Those sentences are good.
月曜日 より 日曜日 が いい
Monday than (than Monday) Sunday SUBJECT good (Sunday is more good).
Sunday is better than Monday.
