Quiz suggestion for natural English translation vs Japanese word meaning

A question about the 患者：「お見舞いに来てくれてありがとう！見ての通り、____元気だから安心して！」

I run across this sort of sentence sometimes. It looks like the English translation for questions like this are modified to sound natural and this throws me off when trying to guess the word.

This is usually what runs through my mind when seeing the hint “completely” instead of “exceedingly” or “extremely” for 至って

Would it be possible to have the translator maybe add a star or some other indicator over the English word when this modification occurs and then have a popup for the normal definition?

I think the general design philosophy is they want you to look at the hint and preferably the Japanese language hint instead of the translation. Then, if the user looks at the translation, it is meant to convey nuance over pointing one to the correct input.

Not saying I agree with it, but just offering my interpretation of what I’ve seen staff talk about on the forums.

Actually had a little bit of a chat internally today about the value of always using the same unique translation for grammar points, and whether it is even feasible while maintaining English that is not just over the top unnatural.

It’s something I’d like to do in order to help with disambiguation, but it’s not quite as simple as it seems with over 1000 grammar points on the site now. Either way, it’s in discussion.
