Related Grammar in Reviews

Hi, is there a way for the Grammar Info to show related grammars while in sentence review mode? The Grammar Info does show a link to the grammar page, but it’d be nice if we could get the related grammars to show up there itself.

This also applies to the tickboxes for the external resources for Readings, which do not show up as well in the Grammar Info while in sentence review mode.
Edit: I’ve also noticed that the tickboxes are also not available in Study batch mode.

@jam Currently you cannot view related grammar in reviews, but it is something that we would like to implement in the near future. We would also like to add the ability to use related grammar/synonyms as hints, even before you enter your answer, so that it becomes more clear what answers are expected.

Clicking on the links to external resources will automatically tick the box on the main page for that particular grammar point. However, we realize that this may not be the most intuitive approach and expect to include the tick boxes site-wide in a future update. Cheers!

For me, the most important place to show related grammar is indeed during reviews. I barely pay attention to the related grammar section when I learn new grammar cause I don’t have a feeling for that grammar point and it’s nuances yet. But during reviews it’s always hard to decide which grammar point Bunpro is looking for and which alternatives there are and which differences in structure they have. But to see this users need to leave their reviews, open a separate tab and search for that grammar point…

So yes, please add related grammar during reviews as soon as possible.

Great to hear! The related grammar as synonyms/hints can prove to be good, but I’m curious to see how it’ll incorporate grammar which hasn’t been learned. An option to turn it on and off might be nice if you’ll ever put it in (for users who are already used to the current system :stuck_out_tongue:)

I just knew about that links tip! Sometimes I do click on the links but I haven’t finished reading through the pages, so I’d be more in favour of the site-wide tickboxes.
