I found this sentence on jisho.org
私は1時間ではその課を全部は理解できない。
I can’t absorb all of the lesson in an hour.
Why is は 3x in here, seems like too much. Is there a better way to say this?

Topic particle(or/and contrast particle).
When there is more than one は in the sentence, the first one is normally the topic.
・・・
2nd は, or actually では(which is a compound of で + は, there are many other uses of では, for example, では contraction of それでは :

It will appear on N2 lesson number 8(coming soon ):
This is the definition:

・・・
3rd は:
As a contrast particle. Used for emphasis, often together with negative.
