Short subscription display question

So after knowing the first hour on Bunpro that I would upgrade to yearly right away, finally remembered to today. In that sense :

よろしくお願いします! :relaxed:

Now I am not quite sure how to take my subscription page. It says I am on yearly subscription (see top of screenshot) but still lists my end date as the one the free trial would have ended on :thinking:

Shouldnt it show 24th of September 2022 instead? Or does this automatically change when the free trial period is over / need some time to adjust the display? Just making sure so I dont end up with no subscription in 2 weeks and am a bit confused by the way its being displayed.

I guess this is all really normal but better safe than sorry I guess :see_no_evil:

I take it to mean that you will be charged after your trial has ended on 10/9, but have not yet been charged.

I’m in the same situation actually so if I’m wrong and it’s an error or something I would like to know as well.

Thanks for the response! I only just saw I got a mail after the purchase:

Dont check them too often, so by only relying on what the website shows ended up confused. But guess all is fine then, website just not being clear about it.

In that sense, just takes this here as a short “よろしく~” as written above, part of the real gang now then :smiley:

They will probably contact you now once they log on the forum again, but should this not be the case by tomorrow, you can always contact them by hitting the “contact” button at the bottom of the main site too :

Hey! It looks like you cancelled the subscription while still in the trial. You weren’t ever charged. Subscribing now that your trial period is over will be instant, should you choose to.

I had to specify my data back then for payment and thought this would be done and over with after i actively chose “yearly” :sob:

Might wanna add a disclaimer that doing that during trial isnt activating a real membership at all, now my streak is gone :sob: :joy: Originally the reason i made this topic back then was to clarify if my purchase worked or if i needed to worry/ do sth else :see_no_evil:

I will reissue membership tomorrow then, thanks for clarifying, dont have my credit card with me right now.
