Is there an option to show all hints after submitting a review answer? When doing the question I like to hide the sentence translation and just keep the keywords, but when I submit it I want to see the sentence translation to make sure I read it right. Is there an option or hotkey for that?

Go to settings > General . Then near the bottom switch on the "Auto-Expand Info " button.
