Is it possible to split the payment for the lifetime purchase? I have two cards I want to use, one being a prepaid card that I want to combine with my regular card.

You can buy an annual subscription then the lifetime, they deduce the annual subscription price that you did not use from it.
Though if you can wait intill the end of December they make a discount on the lifetime subscription to around 120$

This is just conjecture, but since they accept payments via paypal (or they did in the past at least) I could see the staff letting you send two separate payments on that platform linked to the same transaction
