Study doesn't include a negative counterpart for になる・くなる

I had a review for になる・くなる, Which I miserably failed.
Cropping that out to save me some embarrasment.

This point should have had a negative conjugation atleast in the Legend, but it’s not here. ( I can obviously add that in my notes, but still a genuine query regarding this).

I searched for a negative counterpart, but didn’t find any. If it exists and I missed out on it, Sorry

Bunpro is meant to build off of itself, this is why sometimes you’ll get other points mixed in with the one you’re studying. If you look on the side of になる・くなる you’ll see this:

You’ll notice that the word type is a verb. If you remember back, you should have learned う verbs (negative) in lesson 2. Essentially, Bunpro assumes you’ve already done the lesson on verb negations (since になる comes after it in the ordering) and this is why it isn’t included in the legend.

Okay right, that makes complete sense.

I kinda had a feeling that it might be that way bcoz, I did realise some verbs along the way that didn’t necessarily had Negative forms, but since they were already in my vocabulary, it was coming out as second nature, That’s me being dumb. 🥲

Guess I’ll need to actually read the Grammar point more seriously instead of reading just the base forms.

It takes some time, but you’ll get it down. You’ll start to naturally pick up on how the words are conjugated with time too.
