Subscribed But Can't Access Review

Hi there, I paid over Paypal but can’t access the subscription features… I don’t want to lose my study streak!

I had the same issue. I subscribed via PayPal the day after my free pass was up. It took about 24 to 48 hours to process. Hope that helps.

@siditious Thank you for reaching out to us and thank you for subscribing. I apologize for the wait. With PayPal we have to process the transactions manually which can lead to a delay. I have applied it to your account and everything should be good to go. Happy studying!

@matias386 Hey! Long time no see! You should have received an email from us requesting the email that you used for PayPal so that we can link the two accounts together. Unfortunately, sometimes the email ends up in your spam folder. If you would not mind emailing or PMing us your PayPal email we will apply the charge to your account and you should be good to go.
