Today I thought of a new challenge to improve our use of Japanese whilst (hopefully) having some fun. This is a classic challenge, though I havenโt gone through the community topics to see if it has already been raised in the past.
So, the idea is to write a tale one sentence at a time. I would start with a simple sentence to set up the frame. Then, the next player would add a new sentence that makes sense when read together with the existing text. (Pictures and drawings would also be welcome.) As the text grows, it would ideally result in a meaningful tale.
I hope this challenge is sustained and that we come up with something akin to an interesting story.
