We’ve sure covered some distance. I’ll talk about some great places I’ve visited in Japan.
Miyajima Jinja floating torrigate in Hiroshima. getting there is easy because shinkansen

Ise Jingu is a famous shrine, but I really enjoyed the Ninja village Change trains in Nagoya

Nagoya ‘castle’ is the only one where the palace is preserved

For castle keeps Matsumoto is my fav. I always go to the shrine and pick up a frog(カエル) charm on the way home (帰る). Change trains in Nagoya

竜吟の滝 is a local waterfall I can get to by train, but doesnt get many tourists. change train in Nagoya

I liked the 明治座 in Takayama. 白川郷 has a sudden increase in tourists since Covid, but Takayama has a train station, and 5 合掌家屋 thatched roofed houses. I made a sarubobo
again, change trains in Nagoya- you all know where I live now.
