shouldn’t it just be: 言ってくればいいのに ?
くれる → くれれ+ば
する → すれ+ば
出す → 出せ+ば
It’s just the way that conjugates.

Just keep in mind that for this form, there is no distinction between ichidan and godan verbs. They both conjugate the same way. 飲む, a godan verb becomes 飲めば, and 食べる, an ichidan verb, becomes 食べれば. It’s the same way for both types.
