Today's challenging conjugations

I’m a super basic learner so these are proving to be difficult. Once I can deconstruct the grammar points and how they are stitched together, I’m fine.

I could ask Chat GPT, but that would be lazy wouldn’t it and instead, it’s much better to share difficulties with real people, many of which will probably know Japanese better than Chat GPT…

I’m going to paste the conjucation down below so anyone else searching for a solution or asking the same thing in the future, might find it. We’re all here and in it together right? None of us own the rights to a language so, what’s to hold back? PS. If the indexing is wrong, tell me and I’ll try edit it.

PS. By the way, I’m not gonna post my problems on here every day, just these few I’m getting constantly wrong all the time. I’m pretty much on my own learning Japanese right now, so it’s all to easy to be a plughole lol. Sorry for being a plughole, ‘the greatest plughole there has ever been.’

IMO learning conjugation in grammar points can be hard because you’ll only see one variant of conjugation each time you review it.

Conjugation becomes easier with a lot of exposure to the language, but there’s the Kaijugation minigame in Bunpro which can help do some drills if you’ve not tried that yet. This can help drill in the conjugation by seeing many variations at once. (This is actually an aspect of the language which can be drilled in.) Or you could use the Cram feature to test all of the example sentences for a given grammar point.

To be fair, these just are pretty complex combinations of long conjugations. (Or, for the non-conjugation purists: they’re pretty complex chains of subsequent suffixes/grammar points.)

Should it make you feel better about yourself, I can say that one year ago I, too, found these conjugations extremely challenging, while they come quite naturally to the current me. And I’m only about N3 level right now.

Except that first sentence lol. I don’t even remember learning that grammar point.
