Just reviewed the “につけ” grammar point, and I wondered about the meaning of “ど” in the last clause: 後にどんな生活を送っていたのかなど疑問に思う。
I suppose that this is a version of と, as the quotation particle after the thoughts of the author, but I’m not sure

Isn’t that just など, meaning something like “etc.”?
