Trying to shadow review audio

I’m trying to shadow the audio when doing reviews.

A couple of difficulties

• the speed
• it playing all the way to the end

So if there’s a multi-phrase/sentence review audio and I want to understand how something is pronounced near the start, I have to play it over and over again, ignoring the rest of the audio, struggling to pick it up.

Is there a way that I can make this experience better?
