I recently synced Wani Kani and Bunpro. It’s been great to be able to add the vocab from WK into my N5-N1 vocab reviews. However, the sync has also added a lot of non-JLPT words to my review deck. Right now there are about 800 of them in my reviews.
For my purposes, I’d like to delete those non-JLPT words to keep my reviews manageable and focus on what Bunpro identifies as JLPT vocab.
It seems those non-JLPT words classify as E1, but I can’t seem to find an E1 deck where I can reset those words in bulk. I’m hoping not to have to click those E1 words one by one to remove them from my reviews…
Any advice would be much appreciated.
While I wish I knew the answer to your question, for what it’s worth, I believe all of those “E” deck words are slowly being removed from the site by the staff.
I think I’m right in saying that your progress on the non-JLPT ones is gradually being transferred to corresponding “A” deck words, where available, so this means there will be some different decks to check.
It’s a bit cumbersome and not ideal, but as a temporary measure, perhaps you could visit the Decks page and just do the reviews for the relevant JLPT decks?
Thank you so much for your response!
I have been doing reviews via the decks. The grammar and vocab decks for all the JLPT levels are on my bookmarks bar and I just go through them one by one. That’s 10 bookmarks! Haha.
Hopefully it will be possible to sync only the JLPT items in the future.
Yeah, 10 bookmarks is a lot!
I wonder if it might be good to have a universal “All JLPT” deck, including content from across all the JLPT levels - then you could just review that
