Bunpro has soooooo many example sentences like sooooo many and I wanted to know if there was a way to study/ review the sentences for say N5 level sentences. This for me would be such a useful feature to help the grammar stick. Is this possible if not what is the best way to get the N5 sentences from here rather than painstakingly copying and pasting each one from each word which would take forever!
I think this is a good idea,.
I’m looking forward to the new vocab decks?
Oh hey! Remember me from the WaniKani February Speedrun thread? Didn’t think I’d accidentally find you on Bunpro, I rarely ever come onto the Bunpro forums!
I’m focusing on listening (because I’m bad at it ), so my process is:
- Listen to audio without looking at the sentence (twice if I reaaaally don’t get it, which might not be advisable since you can’t do that in the JLPT!)
- Read sentence in Japanese and try to get the meaning if not already clear, hover over any kanji to get any unknown furigana
- Listen again without looking, should hopefully make sense by now
- Display English and read through, to confirm
- Listen again, to confirm
Takes a while, but actually not that long when you get into the process.
But probably better than a “scattergun” approach where you do a few random things with the example sentence, different every time, then go “ok, now on to the next one!”
ahahah yeah! I’ve even kept the same seven samurai picture for my profile so it’s the same. I feel like people only come on here when they want to know something specific to bunpro whereas it feels that people hangout in the WK community
