Is it just me? I keep getting retrieval errors in the middle of doing reviews. It is the most frustrating thing. The website in general seems slow. It takes like 10 seconds for the main screen to come up. Does the webhosting need an upgrade? More users now than before?
Yeah, I’ve been experiencing the same - it’s been a bit choppy for the last week or so.

I have personally noticed times of slow loading times whilst accessing from the UK. I’m not sure if BunPro are using a CDN at Edge Locations but I feel it could really benefit from it with not too much cost associated on top.
For me it happens particularly when loading the Dashboard, and then doing reviews (intermittently)
I am in Japan. I know the internet connection is fine because I am on a work computer and the internet is working fine for everyone else. Sometimes I check if the website is down and it sometimes says it is congested.
I wanted to go back and review the words I got wrong, then I got an error. And I could not go back and review them. So annoying

Also in JP and encountered 3 errors over the course of 10 reviews.

US, happens to me probably twice a day. Today it is impossible to get beyond 10 reviews without losing connection.

Sorry for the poor performance of late. We have been looking into the issue. We have a couple of optimizations we will push shortly and will continue to monitor the servers for any slow downs.
Mines fine in japan, but im doing it during weekdays in the middle of the day so people are probably working at that time maybe?
