Been traveling around Japan for the past month or so, and I had put Bunpro on vacation mode beforehand. Now that I went off, all my reviews are gone? I submitted a ticket but not sure if that was the right place to do so. Anyone have this happen to them or have any solutions?
It’s a known about bug I believe, you can accidentally trigger turning off vacation mode more than once, that causes your reviews to be pushed back twice.
I don’t believe you can fix it, but if you contact staff I think they can do it for you. Is that right @Jake ? Just need to give details of your holiday and ask for the reviews to be bumped forward.
Ooh, I had this happen to me a while ago. Mine ended up being pushed back another 2 weeks at the time.
Interesting, mine is weird though as it seems all my reviews are completely gone, like never to be queued up again. Actually, I see what you mean-- All my reviews are in a month or so, around the time I was on vacation mode. @Jake anyway my reviews can be bumped around a month forward?
I bumped all your reviews forward the amount of time you were in vacation mode. Do you remember any details about how you deactivated it? They might help us figure out if there is an edge case with the new implementation we need to account for or not.

I think the same as another user mentioned disabling vacation mode, then reactivating it twice might have caused it. There was some point around 2 weeks ago I thought I was going to try and restart but reenabled it.
