What are troubled vocab?

I have some vocab I keep failing too much in my opinion, but when I wanted to cram troubled vocab I only got 4 or so.

My retention is usually above 90% so I would like to cram all the items below 75% or something, but it seems like the cutoff is around 50% or so? I guess we won’t get a manually cut-off for that anytime soon. But I’d rather not go over all my vocab to mark all items below 75% by hand and remove the bookmark by hand later on.

Any ideas? bookmarks would be too much trouble, and I use ghosts for a different purpose :sweat_smile:

Troubled Grammar/Vocab algo is a bit more complicated AFAIK.
It’s not a pure % value but rather something that factors in SRS level, attempts, and failed attempts.

A private Custom Deck might be what you’re after?

I would have to maintain a custom deck, and I’m lazy :sweat_smile: It’s fine, if there will be no solution for me. I was just wondering. Worst case, I’ll just have to bookmark on the go everytime I notice an item bugging me. In the end, even if I don’t do anything, they will eveeeeeeeentually be learned with the usual SRS ^^

My personal strategy for when I notice an item that I’ve forgotten, or can’t understand or use in real life, is to just completely reset it.
