I’m getting the connection error, and incorrect numbers being displayed for # of reviews on my homepage.
I’m glad it’s not just me! I could get to my reviews earlier but now it’s totally crashed
I’m still experiencing connection errors. Get one everytime I try to load a new review session.
Probably best to keep watch of this post for updates from Jake/the team.
It’s clear that some of us are still having errors pop up here and there.
Hopefully, it’ll get resolved soon.
It logged me out and won’t let me log back in. Before that, there were connection errors on every review. The site is totally unusable at the moment.
Just letting everyone know we are still looking into this. Right now it seems there are intermittent periods of errors, and periods without so if you are getting errors, you can try a couple minutes later it might be better. Sorry for the trouble! Will post an update when we have something.
Thanks so much. Not sure how much value it has as it only be when there’s issues, but could the error message after a single review be removed? If only the final review needs to actually send all the answers then users can do all their reviews even in times of congestion/lag/AWS or otherwise.
Does bunpro use load balancing? Sounds like one of the servers may have an issue that the others don’t. Was there a recent deployment?

Currently waiting on support from our DB provider. We haven’t released any builds or changed anything in a couple of days to have seemingly caused the issues. Seems the issue is likely related to stuff on their end that is out of our hands.

Just wanted to chime in here. We did a full restart and adjusted a few settings and it seems to have been stable for about the last hour with only an error here or there coming through. Is anybody able to confirm that they are able to access everything normally again?

I’ve been using it for the last 30-45 minutes and it seems to be much improved.

Just did a round of review, one from my learn queue, and a cram session. Everything went smoothly, no issues!
I just got a 500 internal service error, so the issue might still be around
EDIT: And I once again got the 接続エラー error in my reviews
Had some issues this morning, around noon JST it was fine, but just tried again and the problems have returned
