So I looked up this word えんにち and what I got from the dictionary is it’s some Buddhist day… probably.
the sentence is 縁日で売られるような、狼の面をつけた女の子が立っている
help please

I think its like a temple festival when they have little stalls and stuff and sell things like baby castella and masks?

First time seeing this word, but pictures online correspond to what @cafelatte says. Bunpro also has this word and says “temple festival” and “day related to a particular deity and thought to bring divine blessing to those who celebrate it”.
