When does card get charged after free trial

Today is the 30th day of my free trial and I was just wondering when my card was gonna be charged. I signed up for the year long plan and I’m bunpro said it was a success and the banner at the top of the dashboard talking about a free trial disappeared, but I haven’t got the supporter badge and my card hasn’t been charged, so i was just tryna see whats up

I believe they web owners mainly process payment. So it could be very possible that they just haven’t done it yet.

I don’t know why they don’t automagically process payment like most sites. Perhaps tax evasion? (I won’t snitch)

Go here and keep clicking until it allows you to send them very mean messages. I’m pretty sure that normally fixes the problem if nothing else does.

And yes they do deserve mean messages for this issue, I’ve seen people have this problem for two years. They need to fix it

When you sign up for a subscription with your card and have time left on your trial you aren’t charged until your trial ends. It looks like you will automatically be charged on the 28th and your yearly subscription will start then.

@Superpnut We only process the small handful of PayPal subscriptions we get manually, the vast majority of subscriptions are handled automatically by Stripe (which as way better documents and support than PayPal has). Should we ever switch to having everyone send us their subscriptions in cash via normal mail then you can start to wonder :joy:

I think it might be a good idea to have bunpro tell new subscribers that in an email when they apply for a subscription. I think that would stop a lot of confusion!

Kinda like the message you sent, but sent to the new subscriber so they don’t need to feel like they’ve done something wrong and worry they won’t get the service they asked for

Looks like there is a message in the email now which is nice! But it would also be nice for there to be messaging on the subscription page about this. I was hesitant to subscribe because I didn’t want to “waste” the half month of free trial I had (even though I know realize this roughly equates to $2.50)
