Bunpro often slow or doesn't load

Hi everyone!
Is it just me, or does anyone else also experience random slowdowns on Bunpro (web version), where the page either loads very slowly, or fails to load altogether (page refresh usually helps). Sometimes there is an error message saying the page couldn’t be retrieved.
I’m not sure if this is an issue on Bunpro’s side, or is there something wrong with my internet connection? All other pages seem to work fine, though…

Hm… For me, the website being slow is a very occasional, rare occurrence. Most of the time it’s properly snappy on my screens.

I recently encountered this as well, but I thought it was just my internet.

I get this problem as well and do the page refresh to fix it. But this can occur on ‘any’ url for me. Fortunately it’s not too much of a bother, for now.

For me the app is often slow. Especially when looking at huge lists of vocab or transitioning from one word in the learning page to the next.

I usually only have issues on crams with complete mode. But I feel like the performance issues started around when custom decks were introduced. I don’t use custom decks though.

At work, yes.
At home, almost never.

Hi there!

I received your email too, but just didn’t have the time to look into it properly.
At the time I did check if there were any error-reports related specifically to your account, but couldn’t see any.

Following along with the other users here, are you using any browser plugins / VPN / work-network that might be interferring with your connection?

Also, are you using Safari?
Safari has been particularly bad lately since the Tahoe (26.1) update.

Thank you for the reply!
Indeed, I’m using Safari. But no plugins like VPN… Some time ago I tried using my work laptop (Windows, Firefox, work VPN), and I believe there were no connection issues there.

I’m just using Firefox (Windows), and have no extensions/plugins/network which should cause anything weird like this.

(Well, that is unless my internet is having issues and if that could cause this; but what it appeared to me was like, I get the loading bar, which spins for awhile, then it eventually fails)
