Sorry, new problem.
I have a couple of private decks that cannot be deleted.
Urgency is low - There’s no urgency to delete them or anything, just wanting to cleanup.

Ah yes, it looks like I get logged out automatically when trying to go to that page (or rather, I’m not logged in on the new tab when opening that page). I’ve just tried a few different combinations, but I always appear logged out on mobile.

The desktop computer version seems not to have the same issue at all, and I can just continue without logging in again :slight_smile:

I often try to tap on this Hints button with an Apple Pencil but instead of tapping, it tries to draw in the button area.

Is the button perhaps mistakenly set up as a drawable area?

It doesn’t happen every time, but often enough. I usually tap the button straight after getting a correct answer, and that’s when I notice it most.

Recently, something strange started happening for failed vocab items.

When leaving a session early you are given the opportunity to wrap up any failed items. When I choose to wrap up, the items I see are for the same vocab items, but a different example sentence. Is that intentional?

I think I’d prefer to see the item reviewed in the same context, using the same example sentence.

Anyone else seeing a problem with audio? Sentences aren’t playing for me across different devices.

There is nothing that should make this element drawable that I can tell… :thinking:

We’re aware of the Vocab audio not working for the Male voices at the moment.

Will let ya’ll know when we’ve got it fixed.

When trying to submit things like bug/typo reports and suggestions for individual example sentences, I believe it’s already been mentioned that there’s no button on-screen for doing so on mobile on the website (unlike on the desktop computer version), so you need to open the grammar/vocab info and go down to find the particular example sentence in question. I can live with that, for now at least!

But what I’d like to raise this time is how it seems to be impossible to see what I’m writing when I’m submitting that bug/typo report or whatever. The screen appears like this (below), and when I scroll down to see what I’ve been writing, the screen snaps back to how it was as soon as I start writing again, with the text going behind where the keyboard appears:

Something odd seems to be happening with the reviews in my current session - they seem to be ones I saw in the previous session, but I definitely completed the “wrap-up” for the session, so they shouldn’t be appearing again so soon :thinking:
They mostly seem to start and finish this review session at the same SRS level, regardless of whether I get them correct or not, e.g.

EDIT: However, some (like this one below) seem to advance to the next SRS level again (now Master), even though it’s only been about 30 minutes since I last reviewed them - I can say this for sure because I even submitted a suggestion about the example sentence below (see my previous post!)

I wonder if I’m going to be considered nitpicky for mentioning this, but I noticed a minuscule typo in one of the grammar lessons. (Sue me, I just like Bunpro a lot and want it to be as high-quality as possible.)

In てくれない・てもらえない (JLPT N4) | Bunpro, in the explanation section, it looks like a full stop sneaked in where there should be a comma: “In both of these constructions. か (the question particle) may be omitted.”

When I open Bunpro, it looks like I have 28 reviews to do

But when I click the review button, it turns out there are no reviews to be done (or in any case I am being sent directly to the review completion screen).

.

In the app, I don’t get reviews either but it’s different: there I get an “Error loading sentence” screen.

Been having this issue for a while, but the review count used to be low (<10) so I just left it, but these days it’s higher (28 today).

We have just released the latest version with this bug fixed.
The vocab should play normally from now on.

It seems like hints are working better for lots of vocab on the iOS app now! Thanks a lot for the hard work!

But there are some pieces of vocab that still won’t show the nuance/nuance translation hints (An example is the word: 顎).

Fixed! We also want our content to be as high quality as possible! (and these sort of mistakes are hard to find)

This should fix itself after you log in again on from that page!
We are still to streamline our auth system.

But what I’d like to raise this time is how it seems to be impossible to see what I’m writing when I’m submitting that bug/typo report or whatever.

Wasn’t able to replicate this on my iPhone – I was able to scroll down and tap the textbox which worked normally for me.
What device are you on? Are you able to scroll further down that sidebar?


Also, still yet to properly dive into the repeat Quiz items people have been mentioning.

This could be caused by selecting “Listening” for questions that don’t have audio.
If you don’t think this is the case, could you plz give me your missed questions and the Missed Cram type (listening, reading etc.) that you tried?

Some of our Cram data could unfortunately be broken :disappointed:

Yep, I can confirm that it wasn’t a listening cram (haven’t done one of those in quite a while!)
I don’t have details saved from that particular session, but that type of thing happens very frequently, almost every time, so I can give further details for another session sometime if it would help!

New bug!

During both reviews and cram, on the website and on mobile, some characters don’t load immediately (usually only one loads later).
This has always happened for the highlighted characters, which always load after the other characters, but now it’s happening for others too - example below.

On first loading the new review:

It seems to have a bit of green left over from the previous review.

This then changes to:

I’ve added every item from this deck to reviews, but progress is stuck at 381/382 (99%):

EDIT: As is often the case, this seems to be due to a card being in the deck but somehow not being in a unit. Here, it seems to be this one (次長):
