Sounds like the first time triggered a ghost review and the second time was a ghost review.
Maybe you can check your ghost review setting to get less ghost reviews?

So does it stop happening for you then? Because I tried turning off uBlock when it happend, closed the browser , opened it again, started a new review session and the problem with the cut off ā€œshow grammar infoā€ page was still there.

Would be strange if ublock was the reason anyway, since I have this problem on Chrome on Android, too, which doesn’t even use addons.

I’ve been having the same issue as @mysteriosmind this month. I mainly use it on my Android phone through Chrome, without any adblocker on it. I just tried on Chrome on my PC and had the same issue. I disabled uBlock Origin on PC for Bunpro too.

I have the same issue. This happens on all grammar points which have content long enough to require scrolling. I noticed this sometime in the past week or two.

I’m on a 13" MBP with:

OS X: 11.0.1
Chrome: 87.0.4280.88

I get a 422 every time I try and ā€˜save’ changes on the settings page: https://www.bunpro.jp/users/edit.thomasmichaelwallace page.

I’m logged in, can do reviews, etc. but I can’t change my settings any more…

The billing info screen here was quite an adventure. It took me a while to figure out that the credit card number, expiration date, and zip code were being displayed in a white font on a nearly white background. Very nearly invisible. Someone should fix that!
I tried both Chrome and Firefox, running on Ubuntu Linux. Same behavior on both.

I have just come across a weird problem and I have a feeling I’ve come across it before. I just had a review which was on level 11, I answered it correctly but realised my 200 points didn’t add on. So I wrapped up the session to see if they would go on, but they still weren’t there. I searched for the grammar point in question and BP said that I was still on level 11. When I looked it up on the upcoming grammar section, it said it was due for review in 3 months! Since the SRS for a level 11→12 is 6 months, I could understand if there had been a bug and it had strangely reset to 6 months… but this 3-month thing sounds almost too random…
Any ideas?

On mobile, the website is completely messed up since a few days. It’s quite impossible to do reviews: layout is upside down, buttons can’t be pressed, scrolling not possible. Would be great if you could just revert the last changes cause it was working fine before.

The oops button just disappeared, is it just me?

Yes for me too, since a few days on mobile the oops button is either not available anymore, or its pushed into the next line like in this screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/6fNX64l

It’s still there; it’s just on the next line all the way to the left halfway cut off.

It is not always visible as I said. Maybe it’s there on the left but not visible sometimes. As zooming or scrolling to the left is not working I can not clarify that.

With the changes done, the convenience on mobile devices has been drastically lowered for me. I hope this gets fixed soon!

I don’t really use mobile so I’m not sure if it’s different, but from what I can tell, it’s on the left when the sentence has audio, and it’s gone if there’s no audio (and therefore no play button).

Oops button disappeared for me on my desktop browser. But if I make my browser window small enough, it’ll eventually appear all the way on the left side.

@Jake any chance that the layout bugs can be fixed soon? It’s hard to keep the streak if users can’t do reviews (esp. on mobile)

I have a bug where I no longer receive any Badges…
Is there a fix for this?

when using search this happens- everything looks kinda jumbled
