When I have Tapermonkey on I am unable to log into the Bunpro main site. Only just realized this was the issue but this has been happening for a few weeks now.
Also even when I select “Remember Me” I get logged out every time I reopen the browser later.

PLEASE ignore this post… furigana is now working fine… Tonight, toggling furigana on/off by clicking on a kanji did not work but it was working yesterday for sure… Not sure if is something in my system or if it is a bug.
When doing reviews and then klicking on “show grammar info” the page only loads the part that is visible. So everything that you would have to scroll to isn’t loaded and it is not possible to scroll. I made a screenshot of what is looks like when I zoom out to make it clearer:
I first encountered the problem today and it persists over Firefox and Chrome on windows and Chrome on Android.

body tag have fixed height and overflow: hidden for some reason while doing reviews. So I can’t scroll down it too. Firefox 83.

I have just started and going through the first few chapters of the Genki 1 path, and I’m getting this error on ませんか
I think i have entered the correct response and it matches the provided answer, however it keeps getting marked wrong and i cant
progress!
Edit: so after playing with it for a while and then selecting ‘I know this’ just to get rid of it (i have completed genki 1 so im happy to skip it), now im on level 5 (there is a 100 in my blue haxagon on my profile) , with 1000 extra XP for no reason and the 1000xp badge
(i joined today and have done like 12 grammer points)

Hey and welcome on the community forums! 
When there is an expression in brackets you have to type the conjugated form of it in the answer field. Like this:
So even though you wrote the correct grammar, the rest of the word was missing and system considered it as an error. In your case you had to write:
“たべにいきませんか”.
I hope it makes it a bit more clear,

It either happens for all grammar points during a review session or for none. Since I have first seen it I had a few review sessions where everything was normal, but also a few where it happend for all grammar points.
But when it happens, it seems to be very consistent. Even stopping the review session and starting another one in another browser or even device doesn’t get rid of it for me.

AIAIJ path doesn’t seems to work:
I had the same issue on Tobira first lesson, then everything works now. Some server hiccups I suppose. 
When you select “I know this”, it marks that item as completely known (level 12) and gives you the xp as if you did all the quizzes for that item, and you won’t see that item again.

Makes sense, thanks for that.
So is it “cheating” then to “i know this” to a bunch of basics for half the book if your confident you already know it, or recommend to just do it anyway. Feel like I would rather not have the volume of very base line stuff and start half way some where and do everything from there to refresh (I’m into Genki 2 now)
I checked and it seems to be working, are you getting an error still?
@SteveB It isn’t cheating if you really do feel that you know it. We wanted to make it possible to still get the max level even for people who start from somewhere partway through their studies.

@mysteriosmind on your screenshot I see the uBlock icon as well. Try add bunpro.jp to trusted sites. (After it google tag manager on Bunpro also will be unblocked, I’ve installed Ghostery to block it again).

I got a review for てよかった .
I had to input 着（き） てよかった and I did it wrong, ok.
Just after finishing the review, a new review appeared for てよかった .
I had to input 来（き）てよかった (same hiragana as the previous one). I did it right this time, but both were marked as ghosts.
