For those that have completed everything, do you still come across grammar you don't know?

I’m just curious how comprehensive bunpro’s grammar lists are. I’ve finished n5-n3 so I’m obviously not there yet, but I do recognize most grammar I come across just from that. Another 400ish grammar points seems pretty comprehensive if I’m already not running into much I don’t recognize. But I only just started reading manga (finished my first volume of Pokemon Special/Adventures).

So does bunpro cover EVERYTHING? At least for modern japanese.

I’ve finished all the grammar on here. I don’t think any single source covers everything. There’s also a bit of ambiguity in regard to what exactly is “grammar” vs “vocab” in some cases. Bunpro’s specifically focused on JLPT grammar, and I think it does cover most of that. I do sometimes run into grammar when reading that I have to look up with a different resource, but it’s not often.

It covers a lot but not everything. They have a thread where they collect missing grammar and have been adding to it for years.
In the end game, grammar’s definitely not the learning bottleneck though, it’s vocabulary. I’m at >20k vocab yet still run into new vocabulary constantly, whereas new grammar is rare. I’m guessing most natives understand 35k vocabulary at the very minimum.
