I thought I’d kick off this thread because I posted something I found on Facebook yesterday on the GITW thread and I thought it would be a good idea to start a new thread just for funny Japanese… preferably in the wild. This could range from badly translated signs in other countries, to mistakes in everyday situations.

Wow, they didn’t get even a single one correct .

It’s even stupider when you look at the first sentence of the wikipedia for the tokyo metro " The Tokyo Metro (東京メトロ, Tōkyō Metoro) is a major rapid transit system in Tokyo, Japan, operated by the Tokyo Metro Co." All they had to do was google it.

I unfortunately cannot cannot contribute to bad Japanese. But I did photograph this in a novelty type shop once. For some reason it tickled my funny bone.

So very dengerous.
