Shouldn’t it be added that も is added behind the but also section?
It at least seems like that’s supposed to happen.

Hey,
I have added following information: " It is often used together with second noun + も (meaning “also”) in main clause…" and applied formatting to all ”も" used in examples.
Does it make it more clear?

Why is だけでなくて not accepted in this grammar point, but it is accepted in だけでなく(て)～も (https://bunpro.jp/grammar_points/481)?

Realistically speaking, it’s not. However, Bunpro was looking for a formal/polite grammar and ばかり is the formal equivalent of だけ, which is why your answer was marked as wrong.
