For this question, may I ask why the correct answer has to be 関係はない? I have tried 関係がある but it triggers a yellow hint askiing me to change the particle.

Isn’t it more or less the same idea than withことはない instead of ことがない?Basically が implies some specific case, some really concrete thing you’re focusing the topic on. In this case, since there is “not something”, it’s per definition a bit more broad, so it’s は.
