When I saw this grammar point, my first thought was “what’s the difference between this and で?”.
It seems like this could use a grammar note, similar to this quote from the Wasabi reading:

You can use にて or をもって to indicate the way something is carried out. They are interchangeable with the particle で, however, にて or をもって is preferred in formal writing.

Does this grammar point need the 硬 mark?
